Develop a Location-Aware App in the Ionic & Proximi.io Hackathon!
We’re excited to be partnering with Proximi.io on a hackathon from May 13 to July 31, 2016! This free online hackathon will award two prizes of 1,000 Euros each to the best Ionic proximity app.
Featured in our Ionic and the Internet of Things blog post series, Proximi.io’s Proximity Platform helps developers build location-aware apps and combine location technologies with IoT devices. Proximi.io’s Cordova plugin and free Ionic starter app allow Ionic developers to leverage indoor and outdoor navigation technologies.
To participate:
- Develop a mobile application and publish it on the iOS App Store or Google Play Store.
- Take screenshots of the app and write a short description. You can also submit a short introductory video about your project.
- Email the information above and the app store link to support@proximi.io with title “Hackathon.”
You’re also welcome to keep an eye on the hackathon and vote for your favorite projects.
